At Gamers Edge, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and original contents.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage.
- Items that have been modified or altered after delivery.
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless required by law).
- Gift cards.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem.
We'll review your request and work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless:
- The item is faulty or defective.
- You received the incorrect item.
- The return is required under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where required by law.
